WELCOME!

This is the home for the Agile Leadership Journey AI in Leadership Lab Cohorts.

This ecosystem provides a platform for learning, collaborating and sharing what is going on within and across cohorts.

BOARDS:

The boards are a dynamic/live ecosystem of idea sharing and promotion. Once the ideas become vetted and valued through the board system, they will get published to the world or promoted to our internal knowledge base (coming soon).

1. Resource Library - This is the place to share valuable resources between the worlds of AI and Leadership. Share videos, articles, podcast episodes, tools and more. No selling allowed! Note: the roadmap is not used for these items.

2. AI Leadership Use Cases - This is the place to explore typical leadership use cases and how they might be augmented through AI. We are developing a template infrastructure and want cohorts to identify, explore, share and comment on use cases to improve what leaders do.

3. AI Leadership Workshop - This is the place to help us develop an impactful workshop for leaders seeking to improve awareness, assistance and even augment their leadership through AI.

4. AI Prompts - This is the place to help us improve our prompt imagination! Suggest your favorite AI Prompts and Chatbot configurations. How do you get AI to help you the most? Note: roadmap is not used for these items.

5. Cici: A Catalyst Coach Bot - This board is used to manage the development of our Agile Leadership Journey trained bot. Unlike other expert-oriented bots, we are seeking Cici (short for Catalyst Coach or CC) to be a catalyst - a bit expert, a bit achiever, and a lot catalyst. Help us!

6. Lab Experiments - We want this ecosystem to explore and discover the AI Leadership landscape and share our findings, this board is to collect ideas and gather people on shared topics of exploration.

7. Cohort Sharing - This is the place for what is happening inside cohorts. What is working? What are you struggling with? Ask Questions! Share learning and insights.

ROADMAP:

The roadmap feature, by default, shows all items across all boards. We recognize that is fairly useless, but is a limitation of this tool. HOWEVER, you can dive into the most important roadmap boards - Cici, Use Cases and Lab Publications. This should provide an overview of what is being thought of, worked on and completed.

NEWS:

When we have new information to share across all cohorts, we will put that in the news tab. If your cohort has something NEWSworthy to share, just let Pete know and we can work on promoting your brilliance!

KNOWLEDGE BASE:

We are planning to incorporate a knowledge base (coming soon). The knowledge base will take the most valued items from these boards and move them into a lasting shared ecosystem for easier categorization, navigation and assistance as our library grows.
