Explore an AI Rainbow Strategy

As we were exploring Red-Teaming for AI, it reminded us of the relationship with a control culture (red-quadrant of the Competing Values Framework.

One experiment/exploration to consider is what would an AI Rainbow strategy look like, where each quadrant of the framework was considered in the AI strategy.

Red-Teaming: Building trust in AI through secure and responsible use, limiting bias, and preventing harm.

Yellow-Teaming: Defending humanity amid AI, ensuring connection and purpose remain central.

Green-Teaming: Innovating through AI beyond technology into more effective organizations, leaders, and approaches.

Blue-Teaming: Enhancing and speeding decision making, learning cycles, and delivery.
