Lab Goals: Community, Library, Platform

We’re appreciative that you’ve joined this wild party. But how does this work? I’ll share our intent and hope that you add some spices for a valuable journey!

Goal #1: Community for Learning

We are seeking to build a community where members find value in the exploration itself, and where each member’s learning is multiplied through a platform of sharing.

To achieve this goal, we hope and expect two balancing forces:

1. Autonomy - We expect cohorts to freely explore the space between AI and Leadership on their own, in their own way.

2. Alignment - We expect cohorts to align to, connect with, and share in this community ecosystem to help them and all cohorts

Goal #2: Library for Leadership

Learning for learning sake is fine, but we are seeking more. We want to build a library of knowledge on the intersection between AI and Leadership.

We know (and get lost in) the AI landslide of data. We dare not compete with this world. We do, however, believe we can etch out a niche in our small slice of the world (AI in Leadership).

We seek to build this library through a vast network of cohorts willing to join us and contribute.

Goal #3: Platform for Sharing

We desire to share back with the world what we are discovering to add our voice into the vast echo chambers of the AI landscape.

We believe as a shared platform, we can align our voices into a beautiful choir that provides value to the rest of the world. We want you to shine through this platform and feel like it represents you.
